Are You In The Market For A Dog Tag Stamping Press?

Let’s say you are a pet store owner or a veterinarian, and you want to expand your revenue for your business. You have looked into stamping dog tags for your customers and clients, but most of the machines on the market are quite expensive and you want to keep your initial investment low on a dog tag press . The Model 40 B (shown right) is an economical choice.

The 40B is an ideal solution, not only for stamping pet identification tags, but it is quiet, easy to operate and it can even be used in an office environment. Weighing only 40 pounds, it is portable enough so that it can be used anywhere.

Ideal for stamping Plates (Name, Motor, Social Security, Letter Box, House Bell, Dog Collar), Tags, & Keys

Can stamp aluminum, brass, and steel parts

For smaller characters, can stamp stainless steel parts

40B VS. Plastic and Electric Stamping Machines

It seems that these days, most manufacturers are content with building machinery that contains plastic or uses electrical parts to minimize manufacturing costs. Our products are durable and of the highest quality.

The 40B frame is made from durable cast iron, no plastic frames here, which means you can depend on this numbering and lettering press to do its job for many years to come, with no worry of failure. Many of the other dog tag presses on the market are made in China and usually contain mostly plastic parts. This means they are destined to fail or break. Yes, plastic parts can be cheap, but you expect machinery to last.

Many of Numberall’s 40B presses (dog tag stamping), are still in the field, even after decades of daily use.

Sometimes simplicity is the best answer,

it minimizes breakdowns,

no parts to replace on an annual basis,

You can depend on this press to last for many years of service, easily paying for itself and returning your investment.

No Plastic or Electric Parts To Break

The 40B numbering and lettering press

Taking the lead, Stamp and Tool Company continue to be at the forefront of metal marking equipment, by releasing a larger more cost-effective numbering machine.

Numberall Stamp and Tool Company, Inc have expanded the Model 60 Numbering Machine to 5/32” and 3/16” size characters. The Model 60 is an economical hand held numbering machine available with up to five wheels. A large frame and larger diameter wheels have been incorporated for the larger characters. It is ideal for stamping machine parts, keys, brass tags, identification codes and many other uses.

Keeping up with the demands of the metal marketing industry, Numberall simplified the construction of the Model 60, being able to offer the equipment at an economical price. The Model 60 is struck with a hammer blow and can adapt for press mount applications. The wheels are locked in position with a pin, which seats in the frame. The wheels can be quickly set to any code by easily removing the pin and rotating the wheels.

The Model 60 now offers 1/16’, 3/32”, 1/8”, 5/32” and 3/16” character sizes with the two to five wheels. Numberall also has letter wheels that are available for alpha-numeric sequences. With the new enhanced more efficient Numbering Machine, Numberall continues to stay ahead of the game in the metal marking industry.

(December 10, 2010) – Due to customer demand, Numberall has adapted its Model 50P Automatic Numbering Machine for hot stamping applications. When used in conjunction with a hot stamp press, a colored numbering sequence can be stamped into the product. The Model 250P (Model 50P with hot stamping option) can be used to “brand” a consecutive number into a product when used with a conventional power press.

The new equipment, The Model 250P is designed to allow for thermal expansion. There are also a couple of design changes to minimize friction and aid in character changes.

The hot stamping option incorporates heating elements, design changes and extra assembly time to thoroughly insure the Model 250P will work properly with heat. A temperature controller is an available option that is highly recommended. The heating element located in the wheel shaft provides an efficient means of heating the Model 250P. These options are also adapted for hot stamping. The air tripping attachment utilizes air cylinders with heat resistant seals and bumpers. An insulated mounting plate insulates the Model 250P from the press helping to prevent heat loss to the ram of the press.

Numberall also has other manual and quick change numbering machines that can be adapted for hot stamping. For a complete catalog with pricing, contact information is below.
