Many of them have been with us for over three decades. Among these remarkable individuals is John French, who has been a pillar of our company for almost five full decades. To honor his extraordinary achievements, we’ve dedicated this staff spotlight to John and his contributions to Numberall.

John French began his 49-year career at Numberall in 1970. He started in a machine shop in Waterville but soon sought to reduce his commute and found a closer opportunity with Numberall. The rest, as they say, is history. Over the years, John has held various positions at Numberall, gaining hands-on experience with nearly every piece of equipment we have.

His versatility and willingness to take on new challenges have made him one of Numberall’s most valued employees.

On a day-to-day basis, John works with a variety of machines depending on project needs, but his favorite is the milling machine. He loves seeing products come to life through the traditional processes he has mastered over his career. Above all, John takes pride in creating modern, high-quality products using these tools and is always ready to overcome any challenge that comes his way.
