Model 136 Medium Duty Manual Bench Top Press
Model 136 Hand-Operated Press: Precision and Ease. The Model 136 is a hand-operated press that uses a lever to rotate a cam, creating the stamping force. This design ensures minimal effort is required to mark parts. Numberall’s presses feature cast iron “C” frames for distortion-free stamping with a smooth, static non-impact marking force. No die cast parts are used. Clearance between ram and table (when adjusted down) is 3-3/4″.
Model 136A Medium Duty Air-Operated Bench Top Press
Model 136A Air-Operated Press: Simple and Low Maintenance. The Model 136A uses an air-cylinder activated by a hand-operated lever valve. Pulling the lever moves the ram down to stamp the part, and releasing it returns the ram to the home position. This low-maintenance press requires no spare parts and can stamp parts of varying thickness without height adjustment. Adjusting the air pressure allows for precise stamping depth.
Model 137 Medium Duty Motorized Bench Top Press
The Model 137 is a motorized press powered by a 1/4 horsepower electric motor, requiring 120 volts AC. It features a reliable clutch and cam mechanism, ensuring consistent performance. The press cycles when the operator moves the lever down. With the optional Single Stroke Control, it cycles once per lever actuation; without it, the press cycles continuously until the lever is released. This motorized operation reduces operator fatigue. Clearance between ram and table (when adjusted down) is 3-3/4″.
Model 131 Heavy Duty Manual Bench Top Press
The Model 131 is a hand-operated heavy-duty press designed for effortless stamping. By manually pulling the lever, a cam rotates to create the stamping force. The table is adjusted so that minimal effort is required when the cam reaches the high position. This press features a short, safe 3/16” stroke, eliminating the need for external guarding. Clearance between ram and table (when adjusted down) is 3-3/4″. Throat depth is 6″.
Model 131A Heavy Duty Air-Operated Bench Top Press
The Model 131A Air-Operated Press is simple and low-maintenance, powered by an air-cylinder and activated by a hand-operated lever valve. Pulling the lever moves the ram down to stamp the part, and releasing it returns the ram to the home position. It has few moving parts, requires no spare parts, and can adjust to varying part thicknesses without height adjustment. Air pressure adjustments allow for precise stamping depth.
Model 133 Heavy Duty Motorized Bench Top Press
Model 133 Motorized Press. The Model 133 Motorized Press operates on 120 volts AC and features a 1/2 horsepower motor driving a worm gear reducer. Its reliable clutch and cam mechanism ensures durability. The press cycles with a lever movement, and the optional Single Stroke Control allows for precise operation. Motorized operation reduces operator fatigue, making it ideal for long-term use.
