While our robust Model 301-A roll marking press is renowned as an ideal solution for marking cylindrical products, this specific requirement necessitated a creative adaptation.

Our application engineers at Numberall developed a custom marking solution that perfectly addressed our customer’s needs. The key innovation was the design of two specialized holding fixtures, precisely engineered to accommodate different sizes of CO2 bottles. These fixtures seamlessly integrate with our standard 301-A roll marking press, transforming a standard machine into a highly specialized marking system.

How our custom CO2 bottle marking solution works:

• Secure Bottle Placement: The operator simply places the CO2 bottle onto the designated holding fixture.
• Effortless Securing: Using an Allen wrench, bolts are tightened at the bottom and sides of the bottle, ensuring a secure and stable fit during the marking process.
• Angled Marking Capability: The fixture can be easily rotated, allowing for precise angled marking at various points on the bottle’s neck.
• Adjustable Depth of Impression: A convenient knob at the top of the fixture enables quick and easy adjustment of the marking depth. By first setting the touch point on the center of the bottle and then giving the knob a half to three-quarter turn, operators can achieve the desired impression.
• Rapid Air Operation: The 301-A press utilizes simple and efficient air operation to apply the mark in a matter of seconds, boosting productivity.
• Interchangeable Fixtures: To switch between different CO2 bottle sizes, two set screws can be quickly loosened, allowing for effortless interchangeability of the specialized fixtures.
