• It’s built with a one-piece frame that includes an extended leg to accommodate 7 characters.
• To reduce weight, strategic holes are drilled into the frame. Additionally, the air trip is mounted in an unconventional manner, with a clearance hole for the air cylinder.
• This setup allows the customer to stamp up to 999 parts, then reset the wheels and change the character arrangement as needed.
• Our custom heads can include up to 6 wheels indexed automatically, depending on the character size.

Standard Model 50P:

• In contrast, our standard Model 50P features 1/8″ characters with 1-1/2″ diameter wheels.
