Numberall can modify any of our marking tools. In this application our customer asked us to produce our Model 50P to fit a specific area. The outside parameter and the length of impression was not standard. The character size had to be 5/32″. We made extra condensed wheels to solve the length of impression. We then had to re-design the frame to fit their fixture. We were able to machine all sides and relocate fasteners to fit the smaller dimensions. The obvious re-design was using extension springs in place of our standard coil springs for the actuating arms. This was designed and manufactured within 3 weeks. It fit the customer’s fixture perfectly! In fact the customer ordered several more after they received the first unit. As always MADE IN USA!
