The journey of the Model 50P began in the fall of 1935 after months of meticulous planning and engineering. The aim was clear: to provide customers with a machine that could mark various materials consecutively with minimal operator effort.
Historic Milestones
One of the early adopters of the Model 50P was Ketchum Mfg., an identification tag manufacturer based in Lake Luzerne, NY. In 1936, they purchased the 13th Model 50P produced, a noteworthy transaction recorded by Mr. Hopping, a dedicated Numberall employee overseeing production at that time. Over the years, we proudly acquired Ketchum Mfg.’s Model 50P, modified through time, now showcased in our archives.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Since the inception of the Model 50P, Numberall has manufactured thousands of units. The device has undergone several enhancements to boost effectiveness and usability. Key improvements include:
- Pawl Block Addition: Enhances wheel alignment and operation.
- CNC Machining: Each wheel is crafted from a single CNC-machined component, and the actuating pawl is CNC wire EDM machined for precision.
